I book a room with twin bed ocean view. They put in couple bed, on first floor right by the side of a noise place called “ Mercado dos peixes “ the internet in room didn’t work. They said someone was coming to fix it and the person never came back. We called and even went to talk someone front desk. But the person said there was no more people working to check the Internet. In top of that they foi dot change us to a different room. We missed a day of work without internet and we explained how important we needed internet in room for work. They didn’t do nothing about it. Then, finally changed us to a different room. Where internet works but the door wasn’t closing. And we could hear even more noise from outside. They just put us to level 3. No difference betsides rhe internet. I don’t recommend.

A hospedagem foi excelente! os colaboradores são espetaculares, muito gentis, educados e atenciosos. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos de fortaleza, fica entre meireles e praia do futuro, fazendo com que o deslocamento para os principais pontos turísticos seja menor. a comida do restaurante do hotel é deliciosa, o apartamento é muito bonito, confortável e a vista é perfeita.

As instalações são cuidadas, o café da manhã é delicioso e variado, e o grande destaque da estadia foi a vista maravilhosa da acomodação para a praia — realmente encantadora. Um ponto negativo foi o atraso no check-in: precisei aguardar além do horário previsto para entrar no quarto, o que causou um certo desconforto. Apesar disso, a qualidade do espaço e a localização acabaram compensando. Com algumas melhorias na organização da recepção, a experiência poderia ser ainda melhor.
