I stayed for couple nights. Property had 3 elevators, only one was operating properly. Poor breakfast, even other pousadas offering better food. Room was too old and requires maintenance. A/c Device was working but with packing tape holding a flap. Swimming pools are so small for the numbers of guests. Not valuable for the price . It was missing a bath towel , I had to call the front desk twice to have it.

Breakfast was subpar ( juice tasted like water, food was eatable. Long walk to Beira mar. When I was there in March was hot as hell ( meaning: I was drenched in sweat). Beautiful view, but noisy outside from the fish market

I book a room with twin bed ocean view. They put in couple bed, on first floor right by the side of a noise place called “ Mercado dos peixes “ the internet in room didn’t work. They said someone was coming to fix it and the person never came back. We called and even went to talk someone front desk. But the person said there was no more people working to check the Internet. In top of that they foi dot change us to a different room. We missed a day of work without internet and we explained how important we needed internet in room for work. They didn’t do nothing about it. Then, finally changed us to a different room. Where internet works but the door wasn’t closing. And we could hear even more noise from outside. They just put us to level 3. No difference betsides rhe internet. I don’t recommend.

Fortaleza é tudo de bom. O Iate Plaza Hotel possui um prédio antigo, mas bem conservado. Dentre os hotéis que já me hospedei, em Fortaleza, é o que tem a melhor vista, pois fica dentro do mar (literalmente). A localização é estratégica, ao lado do mercado de peixes, que não atrapalha em nada, ao contrário - é uma festa. A vista panorâmica é de tirar o fôlego. A equipe do hotel é muito bem treinada, atenciosos e prestativos. Fomos muito bem tratados pela equipe do restaurante - Kalil, Carlos e Davi. Outro ponto a favor é um estacionamento gratuito com manobrista, um dos motivos da escolha. A equipe de manobristas é excelente. No geral, a hospedagem foi excelente, com custo-benefício excepcional. Não perde em nada para hotéis mais sofisticados. Parabéns à equipe!

O quarto, as camas e travesseiros são excelentes, a recepção e manobristas são muitos atenciosos. Agora, a mini cozinha, não tem nada, nem água tinha. Não tinha utensílios de cozinha e nem copo, nada.... Outro ponto, a rua principal é muito barulhenta, e o apartamento de frente a praia, só salva a vista, pois o mercado de peixe é barulhento demais, pois há descarga dos caminhões de peixe as 4h da manhã. Tirando isso, o hotel é bom.
