Camino Real Fashion Drive is a newer hotel and is conveniently connected to a shopping mall. Excelent stay, rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. I did get my room upgraded to a JR Suite with a formidable view.

Everything was very good, the only issue we had parkinf lot. Once we parking we had 15 guys forcing us to wash the car. They kept hassiling us. Then when i said no , they started to be rude and just anoying.

Rooms are not properly being inspected prior to rent. Overall hotel needs a good preventive maintenance done all around. Every year it keep deteriorating and they aren't doing anything about it.

No telephone in the room ....the light went out at 12.00 a.m. and the staff says this normaly ocuurs because there is not suficient light in the area, like venezuela or cuba, the light is unstable at all times..my wifes $500 dyson hair staiteghner stopped workinh as soon as she plugged it into the socket. we didnt even receive an upgrade. Terrible service and in the car parking area there are people that bother you demand money to be able to park.
