The hotel is in an unsafe area, there were ants crawling all over my room, INCLUDING MY BED, the room was dirty, the room was freezing and the air conditioning was not on, there was only one front desk person who was friendly everyone else just stared at me.

A very small hotel but sweet staff. Fairly convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shops but about .5 miles away via hills. Some windows and doors aren’t functioning properly but a great breakfast and very clean.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding- very kind and accommodating and truly wanted you to enjoy Lisbon. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room very clean and modern.
