Really loved my terrace room overlooking the ruins. They helped me taxis as well. You can walk to downtown but it has more of a neighborhood feel.

Very nice and friendly place in Thessaloniki

Very nice and clean place, 10 minutes walk from the port. Very well maintained and designed. We had a lovely balcony to the street (that is pretty small and quiet). The communication with the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend the stay there for short stays. The price was terrific for the size of the room and the condition. The only downside is that the hotel has no elevator, so we had to take the suitcases 4 flours up.

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us a free room upgrade, and the new room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provided free water bottles and coffee/microwave use, extra toiletries, and anything we could need. They also were very helpful in answering our questions and recommending things to do. The only we problem we had was with contacting them after hours, when our key card stopped working and locked us out of the building.

Extremely Noisy/Couldn't sleep

The room 2B, that they gave me is located above the reception and it has a big window towards it. It is very noisy from the receptionist work/talking during the day and at night something like loud repeatedly alarm was on from 4am until 6 am!!!! It woke me up and drove me crazy! I didn't sleep at all because I have to check out at 7 am. What a nightmare!
