It’s an average motel. It’s ok. It’s not dirty. It was a little noisy because of the proximity to the 101. Not walking friendly and a little difficult to get out of the drive in a vehicle. Staff was courteous. Nothing to write home about but if you’re just looking for a place to stay, it’s fine.

Good property for the price. Needed a place to crash for the night. Nothing spectacular, but good enough. Wifi worked, bathroom was older but everything worked, tV was small but good enough. The "property fee" is a little.suspect, but still a good budget hotel. I would stay there again if needed an overnight place.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

I went there for Memorial Day weekend. For someone without a car, it is conveniently located to downtown San Luis Obispo(about a 10-15 minute walk). The service was great and reasonable. Only downside of the property is that it is right by an on ramp to Highway 101. So, there is bound to be many cars when crossing the street. All in all, i enjoying my stay and i might return at somepoint in the future!!

Convenient as it’s close to freeway, Cal Poly, walking distance to downtown and lots of dining options close by. Staff is really nice. We were disappointed that they couldn’t provide extra blankets when we requested. Place is a little outdated but is reasonable in price. Our stay was comfortable.

I have never experienced a dirtier floor in any hotel or motel room. It was a vinyl plank linoleum. It seems it has never been vacuumed swept or mopped. I was afraid to walk on it barefooted. The walls by the bathroom sink had hair on them. The services of the furniture appeared clean in the linen appeared clean. There was trash right outside our room door and in various spots in the parking lot. It needed someone topick up trash.

It’s okay

The hotel was clean. My biggest complaint is that the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything so it was really hard to sleep. I wanted to check in at 2:45, but no one was there and no one answered the phone. It’s a good value if you are low maintenance and a heavy sleeper.
