The room design is full of sense, new, comfortable to live in, and the service staff are polite. And the bathroom also has underfloor heating. Breakfast is abundant, it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and there is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience comfortable accommodations, smooth check-in, and a welcoming atmosphere until I encountered an overnight staff member at the lobby he was tall, bald, and with an energy that shifted the entire mood of the night. The automatic doors had remained open, He yelled at me: “What part of close the door did you not understand?” and “Take responsibility for your actions.” His erratic behavior left me uneasy, my stay quickly turned into one shadowed by discomfort. It even crossed my mind to leave and find another place to stay. That one incident, unfortunately, altered my overall experience.

This hotel is located at an extremely convenient location that is right next to Reeperbahn street with great choice of dining and adult entertainment. It is also walking distance to fisher market where you can have a relaxing walk with great view at port of Hamburg. Underground transit station is located 50 meters away from the hotel and we feel very safe during the stay.

The hotel is very dirty. The rooms are very very dirty and the bathroom has a horrible smell which I think was the plumbing. The wifi didn't work at all for my 1st day but was fixed on my second day. The reception staff were nice and friendly though.

Room is fare size for 2 persons. Contemporary and clean. Good shower and clean bathroom. No tea pot and cups in the room, but can get coffee or tea from the cafeteria area. Location is close to subways and next door is a good size grocery store. For family with kids please aware it’s only few blocks from red lights district. Good for the price.

Quick trip to Hamburg

Very conveniently located for the S1 Reeperbahn subway stop which is on a direct line from the airport. Good buffet breakfast. The person who checked me in was pleasant and friendly but the process was quite slow and I was quite surprised that the charge for the stay was simply billed to my card without any receipt being provided. I was glad however to be given a room immediately on arrival which was earlier than the official check-in time. I noticed long lines at reception whenever I walked through the lobby. The key card to my room didn't work to operate the buttons in the lift so I had to use the stairs. The room was clean but basic - no tea/coffee maker although there is a machine in the lobby advertised as available 24/7, and no room safe. Some of the walls were quite heavily marked.

Prizeolet is a comfy hotel. Right in the beginning of the reeperbahn it’s surrounded by a lot of nightlife and off-licence. As many are aware it is a red light district and there were a lot of Drunk people even in early hours of the morning. So it kind of feel unsettling at times, however me and my partner felt fine. There’s not many food Restaurants. But there are some very good cafés to get breakfast from. The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy and soft. However, the pillows weren’t very nice. The bathroom was great And came with underfloor heating. The only downfall for our stay was the TV was unable to connect to any devices as the HDMI wire was not connected and not accessible due to lighting fixture around the TV. When I had asked the staff member if this could be sorted, they just said NO. I didn’t seem like they wanted to help.
