Had to pay extra for shower soaps… room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

旅館還在整理階段這個部分能理解也能接受，但櫃檯的服務實在太隨便了，而且旅館因為大雪結凍的門和道路，至少要清理一下，否則行李的移動和車輛都受阻，相當不方便。
