The room was pretty much as advertised. The bed was firm but comfortable. Bedding was good and the bath towels a nice size. rooms were up a steep stair case but they insisted on helping with the luggage. We forgot a camera at the local cafe and we text Pino as we were on tour the next day and the staff were helpful in contacting the cafe…they found it and put aside until we returned! Very thankful for all of their help. Location was awesome we walked everywhere. If you have mobility issues be aware there are stairs to the rooms. Restaurant and cafe by the hotel are good and there are sites very close.

The owner operates this hotel and is always there and willing to help with anything you need, she even did our laundry with no charge. The rooms are clean and thou they are not large there is an efficient use of the space available. Restaurant just a couple doors down has the best carbonaro in Rome.

The property was clran but the staff made it better. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They would give suggestions for dinner, tell us history of the areas around, and let us know of hidden gems at the parks we were exploring. It made our first time in Roma so much better and we will be recommending to others. They also have a very cute dog.

Hosts were excellent and even carried our bags up and down the steps, providing lots of good information, allowed us a late checkout and coordinated a car to the airport. Building is in a quiet area and the new windows made for very quiet nights. Water and coffee pods and snacks were free and other bar items very reasonable. One block away is the Roman Forum and many of the sites are within 15 min walk. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay here in August 2024. The owners were really lovely and helpful with various things like ordering taxis, list of restaurants where to eat, how to approach the tours, etc. The rooms were very clean and big enough to accommodate two of us comfortably. It is in a very quiet area which is nice after a long day of tours and it is within walking distance of everything. It is was very hot when we were there - 36 degrees - but the air con in the room worked wonderfully. There is a nice little breakfast of snacks and coffees left for you in the room also to enjoy at your own leisure. Would definitely return again.

From the moment we arrived Catherine and her husband made us feel at home. The small hotel is located a short walk from the Foro Romano , the Vittorio Emanuele II Altar to the Fatherland and the Coloseum. Everything you need is in walking distance .

As you will see throughout your trip around Rome, this city is very busy but this Luxury Suite makes your stay truly feel like home when you come back each night; it is calm, quiet, and peaceful. From the moment we arrived Kathrine came to greet us and help us with our luggage. Our flight was a bit late and she waited although it was late at night. Very helpful throughout our stay always give us great tip and advice where to go and eat. Our room was always clean, smells good and modern. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. The location is the ultimate spot to experience all of Rome. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful (they speak English). We never had to worry about what to do or how to get there because they were always there to help! Rooms are cleaned everyday and there is a fridge full of drinks and snacks that you can take for a very reasonable price. Can not recommend this place enough!
