Excelente! Lugar muito bonito, inserido na natureza local, extremamente bem cuidado. A pousada proporciona um ambiente perfeito para descanso. Silenciosa, tranquila, pássaros que alegram o lugar. Café da manhã completo, muitas opções, qualidade impecável, um dos melhores que já tivemos. Fica a 1,5 km da principal rua de Monte Verde, e não é uma caminhada rápida (algumas ruas de terra e sem calçadas). Pegamos alguns dos dias mais frios do ano e, por isso, como já dito em outra avaliação, o quarto fica muito frio, a ponto de se tornar desconfortável para dormir, mesmo com manta térmica e lareira. Um aquecedor portátil tornaria a experiência 100% satisfatória. É uma crítica construtiva, como sugestão para a melhoria da prestação de serviços, que já é de excelência, mas pode se tornar ainda melhor. Adoramos a pousada, e em um eventual retorno a Monte Verde, não hesitaríamos em nos hospedar na Toca da Coruja!!

Apartamento bom, mas o banheiro não tinha porta (parece que era de vidro temperado, talvez tenha se quebrado e não foi recolocada - pois tem ainda a canaleta no local), cheiro muito ruim vindo do ralo ou de algum outro local. Maravilhosa

O chalé é muito aconchegante, com vista para um lago com patos. Cama muito confortável, com aquecimento no colchão (embora não tenhamos usado). Blackout nas janelas, o que deixou o ambiente delicioso. Os funcionários da pousada foram muito atenciosos, nos fornecendo tudo o que precisamos (loucas para comermos no quarto e um ventillador, pq fez calor). O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Jardim lindo, muito bem cuidado, com coelhinhos passeando. Com certeza indico essa pousada e voltaremos pra lá outras vezes.
