The staff was excellent, working hard to meet the demands of a larger crowd than usual. The rooms are, as pictured, very basic. The food was adequate but the dinner was overpriced.

They upgraded us for free and changed our room so it had a double. Free coffee and tea was great and the staff was very friendly. Great place to stay after flying into Reykjavik early in the morning and driving around all day!

Staff great, amazing buffet. Weather was horrible, all of them helped get me out of car, wind so strong i was trapped. They also took great care of unexpected bus tour, the tour group challenging but they were professional whole time. Amazing for such young people, worked well as team.

Very efficiently run place. Close to the Ytri beach and local bath. Clean room. Tea and coffee was available 24 hours in the main dining area but just to have tea in your room early morning without having to dress decently would have been nice. The buffet dinner was very good, lots of variety of good. Get a taste of all Icelandic food. Worth the money.

A lovely little hotel situated very close to Ytri Tunga at the beginning of the southern entrance to Snaefellsnes. Simple accommodations, nice dinner buffet & breakfast with stunning views. Highly recommended!
