We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great stay in a nice loft apartment, gorgeous view from the patio. Host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. Walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay again. Very nice stay in Dubrovnik and a big part of that was this apartment. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place with easy access to the ocean and the old town.

We loved our stay at Nikola apartment. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and not too far from the old town of Dubrovnik. About 10 minute with Uber ( around 7 euros). The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived giving us many tips about the city. In brief, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this place if you do not want to stay inside the old town.

Fabulous location, bus stop right in front of apartments. Sunset beach is a 5 min walk with stunning sunset views and plenty of restaurant options. Quick bus ride into city, parking available at location which is a huge plus. Host was amazing, very responsive with anything we may need. Property updated and clean. This apartment house is located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik and exceptionally convenient - City Bus (Line #4) stops right in front of it and not only can you go to the famous City Walls in 10 minutes using the Bus, many restaurants, pubs, local supermarkets and Sunset Beach are all in short walking distance. The apartment itself has 2 floors, and is well furnished and clean. The owner, Nikola, is very friendly and accommodating: he has replied to my queries in kind and professional manner and gave me lots of tips that were valuable in getting around in Dubrovnik. Great place. Highly recommended.

I recommend this property. The location is great and is right on the bus line for the route that goes to Old Town (bus stops directly in front of the entrance. Within walking distance is grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is nice, clean and well stocked with everything you will need. Nikola is on-site and ready to assist and answer questions and can arrange airport transportation. Again, HIGHLY recommend!

Close to the beach but not very close to much else. The shower kept flooding and wasn’t very clean. I feel like the pictures were a bit misleading.
