The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent.

Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Great property overall, lovely staff and our "Fil - The Best" suite was excellent in most respects. The property is well located and we could easily reach various places in the Island via the Estacion Intermodal including the Soller/Port Soller train/tram and Binissalem for wine tasting at Jose Ferrer. The only downside is that we were expecting a balcony on an upper floor based on pictures in listings online. However we were allocated a ground floor room, which although atmospheric being in former cellars, was often too warm. After enquiring we discovered the a/c is only used for heating in the cooler seasons (not clear on listing) and the only way to gain cool air was to open the door to the patio which opened directly onto a public square. Although there was a fence, it seemed strange and having the door open overnight felt insecure. We would specifically request an upper floor in future but would happily return on that basis.
