We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very and welcoming. Maria from expedia contacted us before our arrival and helped prepare a surprise for our gender reveal with balloons and a cake. Great food and amazing service! Maria Theresa was the best. She helped us schedule all restaurant reservations ahead of time and helped us when we needed anything. Booking with expedia was also great because it gave us vip access where we could also go to the adult-only restaurants and pools at the TRS next door.I had an amazing time and I definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! From the start, the concierge service from Maria Teresa made our trip seamless—she reached out before our arrival, helped plan our stay, and booked all our restaurant reservations in advance, saving us so much time and stress. The property itself is stunning—the Village Mall was vibrant and full of energy in the evenings, the Fizz Pool area was the perfect spot to relax with a drink, and the spa was absolutely serene. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and well-organized getaway!
