The positives: great location, good service, coffee pods in the room with a machine. The cons: very dusty room, room was quite small (as small as NYC hotel room), they use a very strong perfume in the rooms when cleaning (nauseating and feels like it burns your eyes and lungs). My partner and I stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect, equally distanced from points of interests, busy shopping blocks, markets, restaurants, train stations and trolley stops! The rain shower in our room was excellent and alone worth the price of admission. The reception and wait staff were all very friendly and inviting. When staying here you will find yourself welcomed by the wonderful staff and find it to be very safe and cleanly. I went as a solo woman traveler and didn’t find myself being worried about my stay here. Everything is within walking distance and the staff are always there to help!
