The room was comfortable and the hotel overall was good. However it was tough at times to get on the elevator as they were small and serviced many floors. The hotel rooms could also use some upgrades.

World slowest elevators in world tallest hotel

My negative review is primarily based on 2 things; if you are located on +41nd floor the elevator service is very poor and you should expect 10-15 min to reach your room or reception area. Secondly, when I booked two rooms for my colleauge and I, I clearly requested payment on site, but when I arrived my mastercard was already charged, making it impossible to split the charges between the 2 rooms. Actually a shame because the hotel is a fair priced mid+ range hotel with large rooms and acceptable breakfast buffet. However, especially the frustrating elevators will keep me from booking again.
