The rooms are very spacious and clean!! It’s very convenient area close to subway line 2 and buses. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby! The staff was great except wish we got help loading and unloading luggages to the hotel room and when we checked out. The only minor thing missing in the room is a full length mirror and there’s no mirrors in the hallway or lobby.

The metro station was very close to the hotel, just two stops from Gangnam Station. The facilities and room felt brand new, and everything was spotless. I especially loved that there was a laundry room available for guests. The gym was well-equipped and easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel overall. However, if you're planning to visit the city center, be aware that it takes at least 40 minutes by metro.

My only issue was I thought the breakfast when I booked the hotel, but you had to pay for it, so I ended up getting breakfast at a convenience store nearby, since it was a lot cheaper. It was in a good location, with easy access to the nearest train station. Our room was very spacious, with great wifi - we had a really comfortable stay overall. We had a lot of trouble finding an ATM that accepted foreign cards so that we could top up our T-money cards - the staff tried to help us but were not really able to; we ended up stumbling upon one on our own, but it was a very stressful few hours. Would recommend, but make sure to get cash out at the airport!

Suite was beautifully well appointed, with generous space, a gorgeous herringbone parquet floor, tasteful freestanding bathtub and convenient lighting controls. Luxurious well beyond its star-rating would suggest, and exceptionally good value for the location, which is a conveniently short walk from an Airport Limousine bus stop and walkable from the Coex mall. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My only gripe: the toilet controls needed some English labels or better icons. For the flush buttons if nothing else.

Very lovely hotel: my room was large and very comfortable. The comfiest bed I had in Korea by far! Everything was clean and the staff were fantastic. great staff, daily cleaning and room size and amenities! We got the impression it would be an extremely small tight hotel (think NYC or Tokyo hotels) but the bathroom , living room area were spacious! I loved the bath tub in additon to the shower. The area was extremely convenient, less than 5mins to the subway and 1 stop away from gangnam station! This area would be considered far if you plan to go to hongdae, myeongdong and surrounding areas more, which we didnt plan to go. It also has a cafe right next to it which was super convenient, unfortunately the cafe staff and service were rude and off putting in my first occasion so I didn't go back. I would stay at this hotel again.

Loved the larger room style. Staff was attentive and always helpful- especially with navigating transportation to the airport. I strongly encourage folks to reach out ahead of time to ask the hotel the best way to get to and from the airport. I loved the bath tub design and the lighting was wonderful along with the long countertop. I just wish there had been a better setup to support remote work. When I requested a chair with a back, I was informed there aren't any. There were some signs of wear in the bathroom specifically with grout.

The rooms were of a decent size, well lit, and had ample outlets for plugging in various devices. The hotel itself houses a membership gym (hotel guests can also use the gym), and being such a gym, it is larger and better equipped than any hotel fitness centre I’ve used. The sauna was one amenity we didn’t get to try, and the rooftop deck is still not open.
