This property was terrible. The room we were given was in basement with the laundry room. It smelled like a dog!!carpets were dirty, like the dog had peed on them The room was dusty and bathroom small and stained. Surprised the bed was not too bad.

The carpet was filthy and needs to be cleaned in room 121. The room was not maintained well and had a smell which could have been from cleaning supplies. If they take pride in their hotel they need to maintain it better. Also for a pet friendly hotel there was no lawn area for your dog. Only an asphalt parking lot. I would not recommend this property

Critical Short Staffing Issues

The hotel was short-staffed so we were not able to check in until two hours after check in time; the room was not ready on time. Our room was not serviced for our entire five day stay; we emptied our own garbage and hunted down towels from the supply closet. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, but were completely overwhelmed.
