Sibenik was an intermediate stop while my wife and I were hopping the Croatian coast. But it turns out to be an unexpected surprise. The town square is small but authentic, and the locals we're friendly. The staff at the King were terrific, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. The hotel itself seems to be recently renovated, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and even a bit luxurious.
As with all Croatian coast towns, you will have to walk a few minutes to the hotel. But if you are planning a trip to the area, I recommend this place. Drop in, enjoy the staff at the hotel, have a drink on the square outside and watch the locals pass by.
