Incrível e ótima localização

Amamos ficar nesse hotel, tanto pela localização, ja que conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, e também pelo carisma e cuidado de todos os funcionários, muitos simpáticos e educados. O cafe da manhã de outro nivel, simplesmente incrivel, nao temos nem palavras, tudo muito gostoso e variado. A piscina é um ponto a parte, conseguimos aproveitar bastante e a jacuzzi? uma maravilha. Gostamos de tudo na hospedagem e o único ponto a melhorar é a quantidade de canais ofertados na tv, de resto, voltaremos com certeza.

Um dia de férias para se esquecer para sempre!!

Péssima estadia, nos jogaram em um quarto velho, com mal cheiro, bolor, paredes caindo pedaço, janela não fecha direito, sem tv a cabo, sendo que na propaganda do hotel havia canais digitais, sem interfone no quarto, sendo que no anúncio tinha, cama velha horrível, barulhenta e com lençóis sujos, mobilias do quarto velhas, com bolor e problemas. Banheiro, abrimos o chuveiro, uma cheiro de esgoto e água pesada, parece que estava muito tempo parada. Pior estadia que ja tivemos em Penedo. Uma pena, pois acabam perdendo clientes e o boca a boca é a principal propaganda. Cancelei as quatros diárias e ainda nao recebi o estorno. So pede para aguardar 72 horas. Já estou esperando há 216 horas, absurdo. Tenho certeza que hotel estava cheio e nos jogaram em um quarto que estava em manutenção. Se, ainda não bastasse, ao lado do nosso quarto havia uma porta que parecia depósito de materias do hotel, a cada 5 minutos abria e batia a porta, um absurdo. De frente para nosso quarto, havia uma caixa d'água enorme e super barulhenta que, armava e desarmava a cada 5 minutos. Um cheiro de cigarro, forte dentro do hotel e quarto. Olha, somos pessoas simples e trabalhadora, ficamos muito chateados , acho que cabe até um dano moral contra esse hotel. Fora que no anúncio, dizem que seríamos recepcionados por um funcionário, ficamos 10 minutltos dentro do carro e nada. Então, por experiência própria, agora vamos pedir para ver os quartos antes de subirmos para qualquer hotel. Café da manhã horrível
