Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat waren die Anmeldeformalitäten. Zum einen sehr umständlich zum ausfüllen und zum anderen wurden mehr persönliche Daten als notwendig abgefragt.

Der Aufenthalt war ok aber auch nicht mehr. Zum Beispiel hätte bei Buchung ein Hinweis auf Fastnachtfeierlichkeiten im Hotel erfolgen können. Positiv herausgestellt werden kann, der Wellnessbereich welcher echt nett ist.

Es ist ein schönes Wellness Hotel, guter Service, Einrichtung ist OK Wellness und Gym ist gut Ausgestattet, Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Abendessen ist auch sehr gut und man kann dort gut verweilen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel und können es gerne weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und im hauseigenen Restaurant gibt es ganz leckeres Essen. Die Betten empfanden wir als etwas zu hart aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Das Froschkonzert vom Teich ist auch die ganze Nacht zu hören , da muss das Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
