Amazing service

The service that I received at JM Marvel was superb. So very welcoming from the start and they couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful with helping me with my trip to Ha Long Bay. My room (702) was amazing with a 4 poster bed and balcony overlooking the city. The roof top bar was also a lovely retreat and a good place to rendezvous with friends.

There was construction happening in the building next door and they responded immediately to address the noise and offer us complimentary spa treatments and the spa is magnificent! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great place for afternoon drinks. Breakfast was included and offered everything. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic

A lovely hotel within easy access to tourist attractions, but with the added benefit of an absolutely amazing team who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really will do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday. Facilities were great, we ate at the sky bar a couple of times. It serves Vietnamese food at good prices as well as cocktails and other drinks.

What a beautiful and well located boutique hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were amazing from check in to check out! JM Marvel was our “home base” and we returned 3 times to our Hanoi home. Ny was our main point of contact and he pampered us and we were very well treated by the entire staff, but Ny was exceptional! Highly recommend!
