Bed was firm/hard, but this wasn’t a big issue for our one-night stay. We stayed in a private room - I believe this location has dorm/hostel rooms as well.

Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again
