Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was pretty good, staff was very courteous and helpful. The terrible thing was transportation. The hotel was very prompt to collect money at check-in for return trip to the airport. We were ready 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Transportation didnt show up till 40 minutes after. Staff kept on making excuses. We were 1 full hour late to the airport. Really bad experience, not worth the money or last minute worry.

Room has good standard. Nice layout, clean and water boiler with complementary coffee and tea. Bathroom is spacious and hot water always available. The breakfast buffet is home-made style and amazing. Should you want anything else the breakfast staff does it’s very best to meet your wishes. I want to high light Ayhan especially. He made me feel at home and welcome from day one and took care of me in the best way, always smiling and willing to help.

I liked everything, extra nice courteous and friendly staff, they allowed me to my room 4 hours before check in time and kept bringing me water, coffee and tea without even asking while waiting, they offered me to have breakfast although I wasn't checked in yet. Immaculate room, comfy bed, all the amenities you'd want in a hotel room and then some, very quiet area although it's few steps from Taksim square and Istiklal St. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen, incredible variety, gourmet food, great opportunity to sample many delicious authentic Turkish cuisine, there is even a very nice young lady that will make your coffee, bring you water, juices, teas even a scented wipe with a genuine smile, and as an added bonus there is a great seafood restaurant across the street from the hotel. Very special thanks to all the staff especially Mr. Mousa (the manager) and Muhittin Ali
