Family Trip to Boca Chica

We are from NYC and havena home in DR. We love spending a few days in Boca Chica before we fly back to NYC. We enjoyed our time at Batey Boutique Hotel. Charming hotel, we loved the decour. Food was great, and atmosphere peaceful. We had fun in the pool. It was small but a lovely oasis where we relaxed, played after the day at the beach. Location is great, staff were pleasant and accomodating.

Hidden gem in Boca Chica. Literally walking distance to the beach. The rooms are small and quaint but have all the essentials. Love the bohemian design style. There’s parking in a small gated area and on the street. Breakfast is included in your stay. The views from the rooftop patio is gorgeous. Also, you’re right in the midst of DR living. We stayed here to have a short commute to the airport. Worth every penny.

I like the friendliness of the staff, the included breakfast and the closeness to the beach. The front desk staff were helpful with scheduling tours and supporting with taxi arrangement.

The hotel and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It is decorated so wonderfully, with beautiful artwork and antiques. It is very close to the airport and they were kind enough to arrange for transportation for me for a small charge (the driver was so nice and got me there in a timely manner and safely). It is located in a very busy area, so the street / traffic noise was a bit of a disturbance first thing in the morning. The hotel is a hidden gem.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and inviting. The restaurant at the property has delicious food and a good beverage selection. Its location not far from SDQ Airport (10-15 miles) and close walking distance to the beach and many shops/restaurants is convenient. The cost is very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this place to travelers. I hope to return again

I like this property because is a walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants , the food from the hotel restaurant is excellent. We ate a Pepperoni with honey pizza that was really delicious

The property was nice, i would stay here again. My room had over 50 mosquitoes i could barely sleep. The air conditioning was very good. The hotel experience was great. The area around was not. Too many weird ppl walk by. The vibe is like youre in a hood literally.
