I stayed here for a night and absolutely loved the stay. The hotel was spacious and had a private outdoor heated bath. The owners helped me with reserving dinner with a local restaurant that was really good. I highly recommend anyone coming to kinosaki stay with here.

This was such a greay stay. It seemed family owned and the room was massive for Japan! So very clean, incredibly friendly, cutest yukata, and one of my favorite stays of many nights during my Japan trip. Can't recommend this one enough.

This was our favorite place to stay on our whole trip in Japan. The breakfast was delicious and the whole family is kind. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and well-designed. They also have great local Japanese products in their shop! We really enjoyed our stay.

We did not believe it was possible for there to be an accomodation that was even more comfortable than our own home, but we found it at Kojinmari. The owners have considered every aspect to create a high quality, comfortable experience for their guests. Every surface and linen was impeccably clean, even the fragrance of the room was very nice, along with the comfortable beds, pillows and chairs. This along with the unmeasurable kindness and politeness that the staff showed us has proven that Kojinmari is our favourite stay and experience in Japan. We promise to return whenever we can.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kojinmari and will stay here again if we come back to Kinosakionsen. The staff was very friendly and attentive and our Japanese-style room with its own little bath was clean, spacious and cozy - made our stay super relaxing. Location was great - you could easily walk to all public bathhouses in a couple of minutes.

I think this was the best place I have ever stayed! The owners were so friendly and kind, I just felt so welcome. The room was amazing and had my own private bath and the breakfast was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I cannot recommend it highly enough, it was simply perfect!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the shower room and private onsen were beautifully designed. The building is centrally located so access to any of the 7 onsen in town was very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it felt like home each time we came or left. We would highly recommend a stay here.

It was an amazing experience staying at Kojinmari. Although it did not come with the dinner at the hotel, there ware lots of options in Kinosaki. The room is extremely huge and comes with the private bathroom, which is quire rare in Kinosaki.

Kojinmari was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at in Japan. Very friendly staff, in a great location as it was only a 5min walk from the train station and 13min walk to the furthest onsen.
The main issue was that the room had the worst mattresses we've had in Japan—even too firm for my partner, who loves firm mattresses. So we woke up in pain and needed the onsen to help relieve the pain. Also, there are no blackout curtains, and you can hear any noises from the street very easily.

Kinosaki Kojinmari is magic! Stayed for only 1 night and wish I could have stayed much longer. The staff are a family (mother, son, and daughter), who are kind, easygoing, informative, and helpful. Kojinmari was extremely clean with wonderful amenities. I felt extremely well taken care of, which really made me love my stay in Kinosaki. Next time I come to Kinosaki I will definitely be staying at Kojinmari again! 12/10 stars!

Staying here was a wonderful experience. It is a very small inn, with only a few rooms. It was founded by the grandmother of the current owner, more than 100 years ago. Nonetheless, it has been thoroughly modernized and the room we stayed in was large and well-appointed. There is no hot spring in the inn itself, but that is normal in Kinosaki town -- there are a string of public hot spring spas along the river, and visitors have access to any of the seven of them (included in the stay). It's an interesting experience. The owner and staff at the inn were very friendly and helpful, and we really felt welcome. Highly recommended.
