O atendente nos disse que Iria pedir uma prioridade na limpeza do quarto e seria o primeiro a ser limpo e liberado. Ficamos aguardando e de 30 em 30 minutos perguntávamos e nos falavam que era só as 15:00 e que iriam tentar antes. Liberaram o nosso quarto apenas às 14:50 sendo que outros hóspedes que não tiveram a piori a prioridade, tiveram seus quartos liberados bem antes. Total descaso da recepção. As camareiras foram excelentes e prestativas. Café da manhã fraco. Não entendi o porque Da avaliação do hotéis.com ser tão alta. Não merece a avaliação que tem.
