Disappointing

The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.

Artuklu kervansaray oteline rezervasyon yaptığımız halde yan tarafta old city yazan yerde konakladık. Biz 2 çift konakladık bizim odamızda sıcak su yoktu pompası bozuldu dediler sabah gelir dediler ama sabah sıcak su da yoktu. Ayrıca sifon da bozuktu. Çeşmesi akıyordu. Diğer arkadaşların odada tualet bozuktu. Oda pervanesi bozuktu sürekli çalışıyordu. Tek anlamda herşey kötüydü. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Kahvaltı salonunda da masada kedi geziyordu. Bizim için sıkıntı değil ama başka misafirler tarafından hoş karşılanmayabilir. Hijyenik değil sonuçta.

Yüksek ödeme yapıp düşük kategoride kaldırıldık.

Check-in yaptığımız gece tuttuğumuz kategorinin altı olan odaya götürüldük. Sonra itiraz edince ve fotoğrafları gösterince asıl odaya alındık. Asıl odadaki sifon çalışmadığı için diğer odaya geri alındık ve 2 gece boyunca normalde düşük kategori olan, toplam iki gece tutarı 4000 tl olan odada kaldık. Reervasyon yaptığımız ve 2 gecesi için 6300 tl ödediğimiz odada kalmadık. Otelden kimse bizimle konuşmadı ve inatla aynı kategori olduğunu iletti. Kmse özür dilemedi. Otelde sıcak suyun da muslupu açtıktan 15 dk sonra geldiğini söylediler ama 20 dakika açık tutmamıza rağmen su ılıktı. Bizden 6300 tl ödeme alıp düşük kategoride konaklatarak hiçbir şey yokmuş gibi davrandılar. Kaldığımız sürece yetkili kimse yoktu sürekli konu hakkında iletişim kurmaya çalıştığımız kişi yetkili olmadığını ve bilgi vereceğini iletti. Berbat bir deneyimdi. Havlular lekeli, çarşaflar lekeliydi yani neresinden tutsanız elinizde kalacak bir durum

Banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu, duşta su ısınmıyordu. Odanın kapısı estetik olsun diye eski konsept ile yapılmış bu nedenle tam kapanmıyor ve dışardan gelen sesler, koridorda biri konuşarak yürüdüğünde direkt odada gibiydi sesler. Personel ilgiliydi kahvaltı zamanında hazır oluyordu ve yeterliydi.
