Description of room / bed not matching reality

I stayed for one night at Rentrooms Hostel. I checked in after 24:00 and my check in was easy and well guided by the staff in advance. Unfortunately, the room I was given alongside the bed allocation did not match the description on hotels.com I booked a bed in a dorm with one bunk bed for two people with towels and hairdryer included. I was given a bed on a six bed dorm (3 bunk beds) without a towel and a broken hairdryer. Not happy at all for its price. To the positive points: Polite, professional and helpful staff (reception & cleaning / breakfast lady. Very good breakfast which was included in my booking. Home made at the time you order it with six different options. Very clean room, bathroom and cafe / breakfast and common areas! Very clean bed linen, cover and pillow.

I loved my stay at RentRooms! The people there were so friendly and helpful in every way. The room was ideal - quiet, well provisioned and with air conditioning too. The location made it easy to walk to the sea and into town. And there were several great tavernas in the square just behind the hotel. Totally recommended!
