Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro histórico, pero la zona es algo ruidosa. La puerta del balcón tiene vidrio doble, lo que amortigua bastante el ruido. Sin embargo, la falta de abanico o minisplit forza a mantener la puerta abierta para ventilar, causando que el ruido se filtra a la habitación. En lo demás muy bien.
