We saw the sunset from the rooftop while enjoying G&Ts and jacuzzi afterwards! Very convenient from the port Tomari - we just came back from our stay in Zamami island and had one more night in Naha. Great place to stay for the final evening of this amazing trip in Okinawa.

Excellent stay. Be careful about room selection, the room I was in was small, anyone 6 ft or taller will have trouble especially with the bathroom. Staff speaks decent, albeit imperfect English. Breakfast buffet varies on season, but when I was there it was Italian food. Delicious, but not very authentic cuisine. I recommend eating the fruit and vegetables as they are plentiful in Okinawa compared to mainland Japan. Rooftop pool is more for photo ops, not for any serious swimming. Jacuzzi is good though. Hotel is an 8 min walking distance from the rail train and 2 min walking distance from the ferry making it extremely convenient to catch the early ferries that depart from Naha at 8:50 AM.

Aqua Citta has a pool and hot tub on the top floor available from 10 am to 11 pm. There is also a bar and restaurant on the top floor with small plates available. There was a Mediterranean breakfast available for purchase on the first floor in the mornings. The hotel is well run and the staff is professional. I would definitely stay at an Aqua Citta again.

This hotel was way better than I thought when booking it, and for the price. The pool and hot tub on the roof were amazing, rooms weren’t anything fancy, but plenty of space, clean, and functional. We got some sort of executive privilege with our booking so there was a free snack and drink bar with sake and beer on tap for free pretty much all day. Didn’t try the in house dining but the food looked great and the other people seemed to be enjoying it. Friendly and helpful staff, bartender let us have a nightcap on the roof even though they were just about to close, so our drink tickets didn’t go to waste. Short cab rides to downtown, and plenty of dining and convenience stores within walking distance. Would definitely book again if I go back to Naha.

Not a 4-star stay.

The hotel did not live up to expectations based on its description. While some aspects, like the location, were good, several major issues justify this review. The overall staff experience was poor—most seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping guests. Both the lobby and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell of mold and humidity. The bedroom had very small windows with blinds that couldn’t be opened, which made the space feel even more closed in. The elevator was extremely slow, often requiring a long wait. And perhaps most disappointing of all: the pool, which is prominently featured on their website, closes at 7 PM unless you pay an additional JPY 3,000 to use it at night. This was a major letdown and is not clearly communicated anywhere in advance.
