This resort was a dream! From the min we got the staff was warm and welcoming and took care of us in every way imaginable. We had to wait for our room due to flying in so early and they were more than happy to check us in and hold our belongings until our room was available and we were able to enjoy the amenities they had to offer. Nice resort, modern amenities. However I would have liked more walking trails on the resort to fully experience Costa Rica’s nature. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Black sand beach, no waves so kids spent most of their time in the pool. No ginger ale though which we found strange as we had everywhere else in Costa Rica.
