I love this hotel! This is my second time staying here. The service is great! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi is great! The location is also convenient from the Kyoto station or to walk to Nishiki Market or Gion. The breakfast is the best part: fast service and absolutely delicious food!

Was a lovely hotel and staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very extremely small nothing staff can do about that but note that for if you book. Japan are known for small rooms but we were surprised at how small. This place was located 1 block from Kyoto station and walking distance to a lot of shopping and food.

The room was ok, but a bit noisy - the ventilation system of the toilet could not stop. The cleaning was irregular and unexpected. You had to put on the sign if you wanted the room to tidy up but there was service in any case but not all days... Nice location.
