$600. Dollar difference was worth it!

Was very impressed with the appearance of the room. Very clean, updated. Bathroom is small as my husband is disabled but we managed as we brought a shower chair and an assistance for toilet use. We needed a place to take a bath and clean up. As we were at fair with son and grandkids watching them show hogs at fair. It was just up the street from fair. For the price we said was great! Will book next year!

Cabins have roaches.

So the regular rooms just ok for sleeping & showering. We needed another room so they offered a cabin in the back. We were rushed so we agreed and when we came back that night the kitchen was infested with roaches. We were only able to get a partial refund & stuck trying to find another room at 1am for the MSF.

Room was never serviced, smelled of smoke even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. Manager tried to assist, but they appear to be under staffed and never cleaned room even though it was promised. I do NOT recommend anyone stay at this location.

This is the motel my parents warned me of when i was a kid. I never thoguht id see a motel this horrible. Bugs, mold, extreme odors, stains on everything, smoking, sketchy people everywhere, and many more things. Absolutely vile motel. I dont know how a place like this is allowed to stay open. No refunds allowed because they know people will want to leave once they see bugs where they are supposed to sleep.

I booked a king smoking room and the staff member that checked me in gave me a non smoking room but didn't make that known then at checkout informed me that she was keeping my deposit because I smoked in the room

After securing with credit card through expedia, desk clerk told me they had overbooked, and there were no rooms. This had been done to several others, also still on property. He indicated owner preferred cash in hand vs holds so always took those first. Expedia should sanction them since Expedia isn't a cash in hand seevice.
