Nice accommodation choice in Isparta

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly even we checked in late at 11pm. The beds are comfortable and room is clean!Shower room is spacious. I like the smell of rose full of the hotel! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

Horrible stay. Rude, indifferent staff. Room issues. Restaurant always seemed closed, kiosk is in pieces so buying water out of restaurant hours was not possible.

Otele akşamüstü ulaştık. Bir gece konakladık. Resepsiyon ilgiliydi. Eksileri: Soğuk bir şehir ve kış olmasına rağmen oda soğuktu. Anladığım kadarıyla merkezi bir ısıtma yok, klimayı manuel açıp beklemek durumunda kaldık. Odaya sipariş verelim dedik ama odada otelle (ve dolayısıyla oda servisi vb ile) ilgili yazılı bir bilgilendirme yoktu. Qr kod vardı ve okutmamız isteniyordu ama kod çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona bilgi versek de o akşam düzeltilmedi. Minibar boştu (aşağıdan doldurulabileceği yazıyordu). Mecburen dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda sabun dışında bir tuvalet malzemesi yoktu. Artıları: Oda son derece temizdi. Yatak takımları da kaliteli ve konforluydu, o anlamda masraftan kaçınılmamış. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli olmasa da yeterliydi ancak sıcak servis edilmesi gereken bazı itemler soğuktu. Servis yapan genç arkadaşlar ilgiliydi. Bitişikte bir avm ve avm’ye otelden ulaşım var. Çok büyük olmasa da vakit geçirilebilir. Son bir ekleme: Otelin internet sayfası da hilton adına yakışmayacak kadar amatör. Bilgi almak için oraya da baktık ama verilen hizmetlerin sadece ismi (oda servisi, kuru temizleme vb) belirtilmiş, üzerine tıklama ve bilgi alma imkanı yok ne yazık ki. Hatta rezervasyon da aldığı için site fake mi acaba diye şüpheye düştük.
