Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Boa. So o cafe da manha que é um pouco cueio em época de feriadão... A cidade muito tranquila, silenciosa, fresca. A limpeza no quarto demorava para chegar quando solicitado. Banheiro ótimo. O quarto contém uma varandinha muito boa.

Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi positiva. Ao me hospedar, identifiquei alguns problemas no quarto: o ar-condicionado estava pingando, a internet apresentava instabilidade, o sinal da televisão não funcionava e o telefone estava com mau funcionamento. Cheguei a relatar essas situações, mas infelizmente não obtive um bom atendimento. Diante disso, não voltaria a me hospedar no local.

Já não foi a primeira vez que eu me hospedei nesse hotel. Voltei porque considero uma boa opção a um custo razoável. Instalações simples, mas confortáveis e limpas. Dessa vez achei o quarto pequeno, mas como eu estava sozinho isso não chegou a ser um problema. Mas mesmo nesse quarto menor o banheiro tem um bom tamanho. Bom atendimento e boa localização. Café da manhã bom.
