It was modern, sleek in a nice way, the room was sunny, and well designed! Nice shower! The reception was very helpful telling me of a nearby authentic restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced!

I liked the location with close proximity to Metro Trindade I liked the shower, bed I did not rate the hotel highly on placing the guest first I arrived at 15:10 for a 16:00 reception opening. The hotel offered to let me in the room for €15. ( They did store my luggage for 50 minutes) By contrast my hotel tonight agreed to store my luggage with a 14:00 checkin. When I arrived at 10:00 at reception the lady said my room was ready- no charge. The room didn’t come with a complimentary coffee. In short no deal breakers but a very neutral average approval rating.

Hotel was a solid, mid-range accomodation. Location was very good; turn right and you're at the top of Santa Katarina, a great, bustling shopping street; turn left and you're at a metro station. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms spacious and well-kept. Breakfast was OK, but there are plenty of cafes close by.

First impression: the hotel is very plain and simple. However, the place grew on us (over our 5 night stay). Although the hotel is very sparse, it did have everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t take their breakfast option but found a wonderful cafe around the corner. Plus the hotel is close to a self-laundromat. It was an easy downhill walk to the historic district and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
