This is an amaizing hotel with a wonderful air of old world luxury and an incredible attention to datiaol. The standard rooms are fairly small but very cozy and comfortable. The common areas are even more lavish than the images suggest. Staff is very forthcoming and the breakfast delisious. Most likely the best hotel in Gothenburg for those who appreciate exlusive boutique hotels.

Hotellet är en oas - så vackert, lekfullt och rofyllt. Frukosten är magisk med vackert upplägg och fransk kafémusik. Mat i restaurangen fantastisk - jag åt tre rätters själv en kväll och fick fantastisk service. Personalen på vardagarna är fantastisk, men de verkade ha ny personal på helgen för det var förvirrat, speciellt i frukosten. Jag bodde på hotellet i 5 dagar. Det enda som störde mig var att städarna inte bytte ut använd tekopp, tesked och glas under 5 dagar. Kändes ofräscht med samma tekopp i fem dagar.

Hotellet ser fantastiskt ut vid första anblick – inredningen är dramatisk och miljön känns unik. Tyvärr stannar det där. När vi checkade in möttes vi av ett rum som var kraftigt dammigt, med stora dammtussar i hörn och på möbler. När vi påtalade detta i receptionen var personalen tillmötesgående, men trots flera försök att ordna ett nytt rum, hittade vi samma problem i samtliga vi visades. Det slutade med att vi fick ett nytt rum först sent på kvällen – som även det inte var ordentligt städat. Vid utcheckning bemöttes vi med en axelryckning och kommentaren: “Men det var väl bara lite damm?” – vilket kändes respektlöst efter kvällens alla omflyttningar och kompromisser. Jag har kontaktat hotellet i efterhand men har fortfarande, flera veckor senare, inte fått någon återkoppling. Det finns många fina hotell i Göteborg där man inte bara satsar på yta – utan även bryr sig om gästupplevelsen på riktigt. Tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera Dorsia utifrån min vistelse.
