施設が古いというのは、書き込みを見て想像していた。エレベータが一機しかなく、混む時間帯は待たされることが多かった。また、自販機が故障していたり、浴衣がチョイスできないような柄がほとんどであったりと、細かなところでもイマイチ感があった。食事については、海外のお客さんが多い印象があった。もう少しのんびり、静かに食事したい人にはにぎやかすぎると思う。正直スタッフとはそれほど会話も交流もなかったため、対応がどうであったかは判断できない。落雷の影響で、どんどこ湯が使えないというアクシデントもあった。お風呂は夜入った時は、暗く足元が危ない感じだったが、朝はそんなこともなく普通に入れた。

南阿苏最佳休息站

一个很好的温泉旅馆，除了本馆还有附馆的温泉，晚间在休息厅供应饮料和酒，中间还会点一把火，相当温暖的感觉，酒店内部庭园很用心佈置维护，早晚餐都是自助的，提供烧烤小灶能自己开小灶，刺身寿司还带了4种啤酒各式梅酒，性价比相当高。。距离草千里中岳火山口都是一小时内的车程，给旅遊的过程提供了最佳的休息站。

お風呂のお湯は良かったですが、お風呂の窓や露天風呂の屋根等の手入れが行き届いて無いように感じた。食事は味付けも美味しかったですが、バイキングの内容が前日と同じだったので連泊で2日間同じ内容だったのが残念でした。 気になるところは少しありましたが、スタッフの方の対応も良く全体的には良いホテルだと思います。 ロビーのコーヒーサービスや、夜にアルコールドリンクサービス等嬉しいサービスも有り！

ホテル内とホテルの外の温泉が使えます。 ホテルの外の温泉は、温度の違う温泉があって最高です。またサウナもあり、長時間温泉で楽しめます。 ロッカーは100円必要なので注意です。 また、外の温泉に併設のレストランは現金もしくはpaypayのみでの支払いです。 ホテルのロビーに夜７時からフリードリンクがありました。

中身は古いホテルですよ^ ^

フロントの外国人スタッフの方は丁寧ですが、カタコト過ぎて何を言っているのかがわかりづらいので、復唱して確認する必要があります。ホテル全体が安い芳香剤の匂いがします。 フロントとロビー、外看板だけとても綺麗で、宿泊棟からは所謂昭和のホテルになります。 はっきりと古びていますので、注意が必要です。 部屋は和室を選びましたが、硫黄の匂いとホテル全体に漂う芳香剤臭が混ざった感じで娘が頭痛をおこしました。 部屋に入ると、布団を敷くために邪魔なのか、襖と障子が全て外されていて部屋の窓際と入り口付近にたてかけられていて、まるで廃屋の様な雰囲気。地震て倒れてきたらどうするのでしょうか？外しておいたとしてもリネン室など他の場所に引き上げておくべきだと思います。エレベーターも破壊的に古く昇降が遅くて、扉が閉まるのがめちゃくちゃ早いので開くボタンを押しておかないと3人目の人が確実に挟まります。風呂までもめっちゃ遠いです。 外風呂の脱衣所のロッカーは100円が返って来ないタイプです。 泉質は良い感じがしました。

夕飯のビュッフェは色々食べれて、ビールも飲めるのでとても良かったです。 ただ、どんどこ湯の終了時間が早いので、初日はいけなかったのが残念でした。 ホテル内にある大浴場もどんどこ湯も良かったのですが、ホテル内の大浴場側のシャワーの位置がうまくいかず、かつ寒かったので湯船に浸かるまでがゆっくりできなかったです。 ただお風呂は内湯、露天もあってとても良かったです。 部屋は仕方ないですが、やはりやや古かったです。 スタッフの方は親切でした。
