A localização do hotel é excelente! Porém deixa a desejar a limpeza, os lençóis e toalhas, travesseiros duros. Pedimos para trocar duas vezes. O ponto alto da hospedagem é a localização do hotel perto da praia e de bons restaurantes. Café da manhã precisa melhorar na qualidade dos produtos.

Estadia não foi a esperada, tivemos problemas desde a chegado quando o sistema não localizou nossa reserva, o recepcionista muito chato. Depois que veio outra pessoa que localizou a minha reserva. Nós estávamos com um bebê de 1 ano e pedimos na recepção para nos informar aonde poderíamos esquentar a água para fazer o leite. Simplesmente ele respondeu: “não tinha aonde esquentar, restaurante fechado e esse hotel não era para bebês”. Ficamos decepcionados com a resposta. Os apartamentos são extremamente pequenos, mal acomoda 2 pessoas. Os funcionários fechados e tudo que a gente pedia não podia!! Eu não recomendo e não volto mais a este hotel.

Apartamento pequeno com mal cheiro no banheiro . Cartões de acesso ao quarto com difícil identificação. Café da manhã contendo bolo azedo e pouca variedade. Me decepcionei pois havia ficado em outra ocasião e foi melhor. Independente do hotel cheio, deveria manter a qualidade .
