I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Basically if you’re willing to spend your own internet and get your own service, the hotel has a great location and the

Hotel precisa de mudanças

Check in complicado, hotel disponibiliza quartos conjugados e no momento disse que não havia possibilidade. Queriam nos colocar em 2 quartos em andares diferentes, importante salientar que estávamos com 3 menores de idade e no horário inicial do check in… Depois de muita insistência eles conseguiram nos colocar juntos. Iluminação do quarto é péssima. Área do café da manhã não comporta os hóspedes. Área externa para o café da manhã não tem isolamento térmico, muito frio pela manhã. Boa garagem. Serviço de manobrista eficiente. Não tem opção de alimentação fora do café da manhã. Cobraram a menos pela diária e fizeram uma tentativa de lançamento no cartão, sem a minha autorização, e ocasionou o bloqueio da minha conta.

Hotel com bom custo/benefício, próximo a Avenida Paulista e local bastante seguro. Quarto e banheiro são pequenos mas não me incomodou (vaso e chuveiro são em dois ambientes distintos dentro do quarto - lado à lado). Chuveiro muito bom! Cama não tão confortável, rangiu um pouco mas consegui dormir rasoalvemente bem. Café da manhã é satisfatório mas precisa ter um pouco de paciência pois em alguns momentos precisa aguardar a reposição pois tem poucos funcionários no café pela elevada demanda (geralmente dois sucos, salada, água, manteiga, pão, pão de queijo, empada, frutas, café, leite, ovos mexidos, salcicha em molho, etc). Estacionamento é pago (julho de 2025 - R$ 35 à diária). Atendimento da recepção e dos funcionários foi excelente! Ficaria novamente dentro do meu propósito de viagem que foi ir com a minha família (esposa e uma filha) para passear no zoo, Brás, Paulista e Liberdade desta vez. Ficou tudo bem próximo exceto o zoo que era um pouco mais longe.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O hotel é bom para uma viagem rápida ou para uma viagem solo. Atende muito bem uma pessoa. Duas ou mais, acredito ficar desconfortável devido o tamanho do quarto. Café da manhã já estava incluso. Se fosse a parte, eu tomaria em outro lugar, pq é bem mediano. O hotel estava em obras. Precisei trabalhar a tarde no quarto e estava com bastante barulho. Dependendo do motivo da viagem, vale o custo benefício.

Fui instalada num quarto horrivel, sem isolamento acústico, nao consegui dormir por conta do barulho da avenida 9 de julho. Estrutura péssima

Olá, os funcionários do hotel foram excelentes, extremamentes educados e gentis, sempre prestativos, mas a estrutura do hotel deixou muito a desejar. No primeiro dia o sistema das chaves estava fora do ar e demorou até terça-feira para que o hotel conseguisse arrumar, gerando um desconforto e um risco para nós, além de depender dos funcionários para abrir as portas toda hora em que precisássemos. Não conseguimos assistir aos streams, porque a internet era muito ruim também. Quartos desconfortáveis e sujos, principalmente o box do banheiro do quarto 761 que claramente não tinha sido limpo, com cabelos pela parede e no ralo. Os quartos são muito barulhentos também.
