Our stay was great and their staff was very friendly. Breakfast is amazing! They have a parking lot next to the hotel this a plus for this area. I love the balcony area outside our room. One thing for improvement is to fix the drainage since it has a bad odor coming out from the kitchen and also add hot water for showering.

Staff is friendly, welcoming, respectful and their costumer service is the best in town. Wendy and the other young woman are amazing people you can trust. I would definitely recommend this place to ayone looking to spend some time in el tunco. It's located right in the center of the everything which makes it easier to move around and get anything you could possibly need. The local people have their own security which makes it a plus so you dont have to worry about anything but enjoy your time in the area.

We appreciated having a full kitchen area with mini fridge and microwave. It would be a great location for a family/group with 4 beds. We liked the 2nd floor overlooking the garden, and small pool. Tight curvy stairs so not the best if you have small children (Can be on 1st floor). Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall excellent stay.

Great room with an amazing breakfast to have a slow morning. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. Very comfortable and location was great! Was not disturbed by the noise of the streets or bars; such a tranquil place to retreat to!

The location was fantastic. Super close to restaurants and the beach (a 2 minute walk). The breakfast was good. You have a choice of 4 options that are made to order. The units are well situated and have everything you could need including a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and dishes. Our unit slept 4 in 3 beds which was convenient as we were 3 singles travelling together. The parking situation for this hotel was great. A good sized lot right behind the hotel. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly. The pool is a pretty typical size but the temp was good and it was very clean. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again.
