Nice location and coay

Nice and cosy very central in Kalmar. The room was spacious although we could hear the neighbors snore. The location is perfect, it's even easy to find parking although you haven't paid for it beforehand. There are some really cheap 24h parkings nearby

Lovely main building. Nice back yard area between the hotel and restaurant. Really nice atmosphere. Limited parking, so that's good to book in advance. Really nice breakfast and nice staff and breakfast. Close to Kalmar old town and Kalmar castle.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Kalmar

Great location towards castle, central station and city center! Very cozy area with garden and bar, jacuzzi, beautiful flowers and restaurant. Breakfasts were delicious and variety was great. Spacious rooms with all amenities however tv channels were not working and it could also get very hot in the room.

We stayed at Slottshotellets Annex and it is not luxurious but everything you need. Large bright room with comfortable beds and clean and fresh bathroom. The breakfast was very good. Very kind and helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful in the summer. Our room was comfortable and had direct access to a lovely garden. There seemed to be fun activities going on in the evening, but our room was quiet. The restaurant on site has good food and good service. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It is across the path from a park and the castle. Shopping and dining is a 5 min walk across the street. I was sad that we were only staying for 1 night.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The food at dinner was delicious and the breakfast was good with different options for every member of the family. The room we had was a “budget accommodation “ and it worked out fine, but it was unbelievably warm in the room, no a/c (just a fan pushing air around). Opening the window did not help because there are a million mosquitoes and our bodies are covered with bites after two nights. The bed sofa worked, but it is very outdated and perhaps not so child friendly (for our 6 and 4 year olds). The power outlets are in need of repair as they are not securely attached to the wall. Overall, a good stay with fantastic staff and location (just next to everything there is to see in Kalmar).

Rummet var het som en bastu när vi checkade in, det gick inte att andas. Det blev bättre sedan, men rummet saknade luftkonditionering, så syrenivån var dålig, så vi fick ha balkongdörren öppen hela tiden. Eftersom rummet bara var en trappa upp så kunde vi inte ha balkongdörren öppen på natten, så då blev det väldigt instängt. Dessutom trasigt dischmunstycke i duschen.
