Please renovate bathrooms and paint!

Customer service was great. The room was nice but badly needs maintenance and the tv was a headache to use. There are obvious repeated leaks all through the room ceiling which they seem to just keep spot painting over, not very pleasant on the eyes. The window curtain was stained, the bathtub/shower was awful and the sink water pressure was a joke. Room 309 specifically. For $200+ a night in North Carolina, I expected much better.

It was loud. The people above me sounded like they were jumping on the floor all day long. It sounded like a large group of people. I did say something to the front desk but it still continued. There were people revving their car for about 30 minutes. It was so loud. The pool was ice cold everywhere. There were a lot of people just hanging outside in the parking lot which made me feel a little uneasy walking in and out at night.
