The hotel was in a great position, staff were friendly and helpful, however the places needs an update. Unlike other hotels I stayed at in Malaysia, this hotel room did not have a water filter, buffet breakfeast was limited in options for westerner and some faculties needed maintenance, such as the gym and pool.

Finished our 3 week trip to Malaysia with a 2 night stay here as it is right in the middle of the busy area for night life. Lots of bars shops and restaurants right outside. The hotel is having some internal and external painting done at the moment but this didn't affect our stay whatsoever.a

The staff are very polite and helpful. I'm not sure how they rank star ratings, this property is not 4-star property. At most 3-star. Having said that. The rooms are spacious and recently updated. The location is great.
