Great hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is excellent value for the money. Bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. Breakfast area is nice and very clean. Pool is always well maintained. Perfect location for walking to the shops or accessing the bus station. The manager is very attentive to my needs....

Great Stay.

Out of all the hotels, this is my favourite one. The room has space, facing a tropical garden in the courtyard. The pool was quiet the entire week. The other guests were quiet. Walking distance was perfect. Close to the bus station, shopping and the waterfront. Comfortable bed, strong shower. That's not always a guarantee in this area. Breakfast was enough.

A friendly welcome by the staff. Clean spacious room with ensuite bathroom, spotlessly clean and a small balcony. Excellent choice of buffet breakfast Turkish style . Plenty of drinks choices of fruit juices and teas and coffees. Loved large swimming pool too. Very good value for money and about 5 minutes walk from the old bus station and around 15 minutes walk from the marina and ferry terminal. Asked for an early breakfast around 7.45am as we were leaving for the ferry to Kos and we were allowed to help ourselves just after that time. Have rebooked for a nights stay on our return from Greece.

Cadre et emplacement top, service zero

J’ai fait initialement une erreur dans ma réservation en oubliant mon fils, la chambre était identique que celle achetée mais je devais payer un supplément pour mon fils ce qui est normal. La personne a l’accueil n’a pas voulu me donner la chambre avant que je paye ce supplément qui a été décidé arbitrairement et sans aucune facture. Je voulais simplement prendre une douche avant d’aller retirer les 100€ demandes en plus au distributeur. Aucune confiance alors que j’avais déjà payé la totalité du séjour et que je laissais mon passeport à la réception en attendant… Aussi nous avons dû demander 3 fois du papier toilette car aucun nettoyage de la chambre en 5 jours. Je ne sais pas si c’est prévu ainsi mais aucun service de nettoyage en chambre pendant notre séjours Enfin, le service du petit déjeuner, la dame était très peu accueillante, à 10.00 pile elle fermait à clé la porte de la salle petit déjeuner avec froideur et virulence , ne laissant pas aux gens le temps de pendre ne serait ce qu’un café .. Un peu moyen quand on est en vacances c’est dommage car l’hôtel en soi est bien situé et d’autres personnes du staff sont sympathiques, ces mauvais éléments gâchent un peu le cadre général…

Première nuitée, chambre non standard et ne correspondait pas à la description. J’ai demandé à parler au responsable qui s’avère être le manager de l’hôtel « monsieur Zubeyir » ; très professionnel, celui-ci a procédé au changement de chambre, D’où ma satisfaction.

Otel çok eski ve bakımsız, odalar hijyen açısından sınıfta kalıyor. Temizlik yetersiz, mobilyalar dökülüyor. Vale hizmetine güvenip aracımı teslim ettim, hasar verdiler ve sorumluluğu kabul etmediler. Kamera kayıtlarına baktıklarını söyleyip hiçbir açıklama yapmadan bizi suçlar gibi davrandılar. Personelin ilgisizliği ve saygısız tavırları, yaşananları daha da kötüleştirdi. Ne hizmet var, ne müşteri memnuniyeti. Yaşadığım mağduriyetin hiçbir telafisi olmadı. Kurumsallıktan uzak, sorumsuz bir işletme.

Achtung, Frühstück erst um 8 Uhr, auch nicht auf Anfrage früher (wenn man z.B. zum Flughafen muss). Auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist es eng, man soll die Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit die Bediensteten hin und her rangieren können. Unser Mietwagen hatte nach dem nächtlichen Tetrisspiel morgens eine frische Schramme (!)

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, j’y ai passé une nuit. C’était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a aussi bien du salé que du sucré et beaucoup de choix. Le personnel c’était très gentil mais il ne parle pas beaucoup anglais. Très bonne localisation. Petit bémol : il est affiché qu’il y a un service laverie et en réalité il n’y en a pas.
