What an amazing experience, excellent customer experience. Travelled with family over the Easter weekend, kids had an amazing time with toys to play with in their rooms and a very clean environment. I've stayed in different hotels in Birmingham, and this by far beats them all so far!

We came from Leicester to watch a show at the utilita and booked the holiday Inn express for our stay. The staff were very friendly and happy to help, the hotel was imaculate, we had a very comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast that was included with our booking was lovely.
