This property is a family all inclusive hotel, the locals come here with there kids. Nice place, rooms were big, need to update, bathroom needed a little fixing. but it served our purpose.

We hade a wonderful stay at Exotica hotel. We stayed for 14 days, and the hotel was very nice and clean. Very nice and helpful staff, and the food was also good with some varietys. I can really recommend this hotel, and we would definately love to come back.

Fint hotell med bra lĂ€ge, stĂ€nder och butiker/restauranger inom 10 min promenad. Personalen var snĂ€ll och trevliga och hjĂ€lpte oss med det mesta, bra service Rummen var ok, kunde vart bĂ€ttre. Vi hade en trasig lampa över spegeln, problem med duschen, wi-fi var lĂ„ngsamt, lite udda planlösning med badrummet Maten var okej, inte sĂ„ mycket variation men gott. Hade behövts lite mer solstolar dĂ„ folk tar dom för sig sjĂ€lva redan pĂ„ morgonen

Lovely holiday.

Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was any trouble when we needed to move to a lower level due to my knee problems. Food was plentiful and most day a good variety. The entertainment could do with improving but was okay. Will definitely be back in the future.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la chambre 811: Ă  fuir, car tous les matins nous avons Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ© par le personnel de l’hĂŽtel, le va et vient des livraisons et surtout le bruit des compresseurs des chambres froides. Le lit est trĂšs dur et n'est pas trĂšs confortable. Les taxes de sĂ©jour sont excessives. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies contre un dĂ©pĂŽt de 25€ et 20€ seront restituĂ©s lors de la dĂ©pose des serviettes. Elles ne peuvent ĂȘtre changĂ©es que tous les 2 jours. La clientĂšle est essentiellement anglaise, personne ne parle français et aucun effort n'est fait pour nous aider, hormis les rĂ©ceptionnistes. Points positifs: piscines propres, cuisine correcte, situation assez calme.

Accueil lors de l’arrivĂ©e, hyper expĂ©ditif, en 3 min. chrono, enregistrement, bracelet fixĂ© au poignet, taxe de sĂ©jour 18€ encaissĂ©e au black (pas de quittance) et vous prenez la porte lĂ  et vous montez au 1er Ă©tage et tout cela sans le sourire de l’hĂŽtesse.
