The area where the hotel os located is interesting with lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean but very small. We had two medium suitcases and there was no room to leave them open or anywhere to place the clothes. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good.

Service and staff was amazing. Great location and easy to get settled. Rooms are tight but all hotels in Tokyo have small rooms. The only complaint is that the hallways smelled like smoke and I had to complain every day but they weren’t able to control their guests to not smoke in the rooms.

The room was nice for one person, but for two I would imagine it being a little bit crowded. Room was very clean and I enjoyed staying there. Only problem I had was that the room was quite cold and I didn't get the heater/aircon to work. On top of that the planket was so used when you hold it up to the light you could see through it. Otherwise I had a great stay! Breakfast was simple but good and the bath was nice.
