Make sure all your belongings even dirty laundry are secured inside your luggage. We experienced theft from housekeeping. All of our belongings except for shoes and dirty laundry were securely kept inside the luggage. Housekeeping went thru our dirty laundry and stole 2 pcs of my wife’s clothing.

Its a great place to stay, close by to tsutenkaku tower. Front desk is very friendly. Includes variety of amenities for free. The only thing I would say is the rooms are very small. Its included with a small fridge as well. There is a smell that is similar to mold that comes from the sink.

住宿地點佳，介於新今宮站和動物園前地鐵站中間，交通便利，從關西機場坐南海電鐵可以直達超方便，附近還有玉出超市和多家便利商店，飯店員工親切服務態度佳，入住非常順利沒有遇到什麼問題，房間打掃也很乾淨，隔音的話除非有人在走廊上大聲說話，不然我認為還可以，這個價格CP值很高。

Séjour satisfaisant surtout grâce à l’emplacement. Nous sommes cependant déçus des chambres : la nôtre avait vu sur un ensemble de climatiseurs donc absolument pas de luminosité. De plus les lits étaient étroits et il n’y avait pas de rangements. Le personnel était très avenant même s’ils n’ont pas pris en compte notre demande pour que le ménage de la chambre soit fait.
