The hotel is very close to the Coex mall, there are shopping and many options of restaurants. It is also a few minutes walk from the airport limousine bus stop at the Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel room is small but we only stay for 2nights so it’s fine for us. I like the hotel location and would like to stay there next time.

There's no sliding door or shower curtain so when you shower water gets everywhere. Even though theres a sauna listed as an amenity, it is only for men! Plenty of other places to stay in Seoul that arent totally sexist.

4 nights in Uri&

Check in was smooth, without any issue. They followed strict protocol (3PM check in means 3PM check in even though there are empty room). Room was pretty small and we have 2 luggages (so only can open one at one time). No toothbrush or toothbrush so remember to bring. If not, have to buy at the lobby. Pillow was flat, so not very nice.

It was close to Coex where I had the conference. The place was clean and adequate. The cafe was closed with nobody informing of that issue until I asked. The gym should be open 24hrs and it's not. Nobody cleaned the room nor did they bring new towels during my four night stay. I took a short to get dry cleaned and asked to be folded and brought to my room and neither of those two things happened.

Nothing fancy

The towels smelled bad as if they were hung dry for too long. The room is so small you cannot even open your luggage properly inside. Korea’s new law banning complimentary single use toiletries is ridiculous as you now have to buy such necessities in the lobby. And they even increased the room rates even after saving costs on eliminating toiletries.
